<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing chopsticks with a multilayer pattern layer that can solve a problem associated with the traditional method wherein the traditional method of forming a pattern layer on chopsticks is complicated and takes much time and cost and requires skills, but also solve a problem wherein in attachment of patterns to chopsticks by using a conventional heat-shrinkable tube-like film, which was proposed to solve the problem associated with the traditional skills, a design can only be added in a simple and thus limited way. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of heat-shrinkable pattern tube-like films 2 are extrapolated and positioned, with one film at a time, on material chopsticks 1 and then are heat-set in sequence to overlay the heat-shrinkable pattern tube-like films 2 on top of one another in a plurality of layers. By doing a finishing job on the heat-shrinkable pattern tube-like films overlaid on top of one another, a multilayer pattern layer 3 with an extremely high-design property can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
