<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas pump whose capacity is hardly affected even if a ventilation port or the like of a driving chamber is blocked for some reason. <P>SOLUTION: The gas pump is provided with: a piston 2 reciprocating inside a cylinder 1; a driving chamber B on the opposite side of a pressure operation chamber A disposed on a cylinder head side for transmitting the reciprocation driving power to the piston 2; a valve unit V controlling supply and exhaust of gas to the pressure operation chamber A according to the reciprocation operation of the piston 2; a silencer chamber S as an air exhausting unit for exhausting exhaust air exhausted from the valve unit V to the outside of a device; and pressure releasing mechanisms 9, RV adjusting at least any one of the pressures of the driving chamber B and silencer chamber S by the pressure of the driving chamber B or silencer chamber S exceeding a predetermined range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
