<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a coil conductor formed in the interior of a laminate-type inductor element is made thick, the coil conductor may undesirably be deformed, and an appropriate close contact state between magnetic layers cannot be obtained in a laminate step, and displacement may occur during lamination. <P>SOLUTION: In order to form a coil conductor 51, firstly, a coil peripheral edge 53 is formed on a ceramic green sheet 52 by using conductive paste. An insulation layer 54 is then formed in a region extending outside the coil peripheral edge 53 on the ceramic green sheet 52 by using ceramic paste. Via-hole conductors 55 and 56 extending through the ceramic green sheet 52 are then formed. A coil main part 57 is then formed inside the coil peripheral part 53 in a region surrounded by the insulation layer 54 on the ceramic green sheet 52 by using conductive paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
