PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing upward transmission power of a terminal located in the vicinity of a cell end in consideration of inter-cell interference without producing an increased error rate, in a mobile communication system in which modulation and coding methods are selected according to reception quality information periodically reported from a terminal to a base station.SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of: in a first base station, detecting terminal identification information and interference level on a terminal of interference, to transmit interference information to the entire adjacent base station devices; in a second base station having the terminal subordinate thereto, receiving the interference information and transmitting control information to the terminal; and in the terminal, receiving the control information to reduce transmission power according to the interference level and adjusting the reception quality information to a quality reduction direction. |
