<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in screen creation work. <P>SOLUTION: A screen information providing device 101 starts a control program 120 when receiving a display request 103 of a first screen from a client terminal 102. The screen information providing device 101 transmits screen information 104 of the first screen to the client terminal 102. When receiving a processing request 105 from the client terminal 102, the screen information providing device 101 determines whether input data, which is included in the processing request 105 and concerns a screen item of the first screen, is a screen transition instruction. When it is determined that the input data is the screen transition instruction, the screen information providing device 101 refers to screen transition definition information 110 to identify a second screen related to the screen transition instruction, which is included in the processing request 105 and is associated with the screen item of the first screen.
