The method involves generating a specific description of a technical system. The project planning objects are selected from an archive which is provided with predetermined project planning objects (30) using the specific description (200). The selected project planning objects are adjusted by the specific description. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing a specific project planning document for controlling a technical system, particularly for a project planning power plant control.
