A method of making a cosmetic palette assembly includes: forcing a pigmented cake unit that includes a first pigmented cake, sad a second pigmented cake which is in a color different from that of the first pigmented cake; disposing the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake into a holder; and filling a filler into the holder to form a soft base such that the first pigmented cake and the second pigmented cake are fixed in and surrounded by the soft base. The cosmetic palette assembly is also disclosed. |
