<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference from a macro base station to a small transmission power node.SOLUTION: A radio communications control method includes a step for allocating a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) by frequency division multiplexing physical downlink control channels, to a physical downlink data channel (PDSCH) region, a step for allocating the physical downlink data channel to a whole or a part of a PDCCH region, a step for matching rate for the physical downlink data channel according to a radio resource in the PDCCH region to which a physical downlink data channel is allocated, and a step for dynamically controlling whether to transmit a physical downlink data channel or a physical downlink control channel.</p> |
