<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency cavity in which the problem of assembly accuracy is solved. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency cavity 10 comprises a plurality of electrodes 18, a ridge 14, a stem 16 which supports the plurality of electrodes 18, respectively, on the ridge 14, a center frame which fixes the electrodes 18, the stem 16 and the ridge 14, and a cavity which houses the plurality of electrodes 18, the ridge 14, the stem 16, and the center frame. The high frequency cavity 10 is molded partially or entirely by integrated processing. When the plurality of electrodes 18, the stem 16, and the ridge 14 are molded by integrated processing, a high frequency cavity exhibiting excellent processing efficiency is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
