<p>A method for dynamically ranking visited networks which have been visited by a user equipment, wherein said method comprises to repeatedly perform the following steps:
a) based on an identifier of the visited network which is received by the user equipment when connecting to a visited network, storing for each visited network one or more network parameters which are collected by the user equipment when visiting a visited network, wherein the network parameters comprise at least one of the following:
i) a counter v counting the number of visits to said visited network,
ii) the duration d of a visit to said visited network;
b) calculating a ranking parameter for each visited network based on the corresponding network parameters which are collected for each of said visited networks; and
c) maintaining and updating a list of visited networks in which said visited networks are ranked based on their corresponding ranking parameters which have been calculated based on said network parameters to thereby rank said visited networks based on the roaming behavior of said user equipment.</p> |
