Disclosed are a battery pack which can be effectively cooled without an extra cooling device on the outside since a cooling device is installed autonomously; and a pack housing comprising used for the same. According to the present invention, the battery pack comprises one or more secondary batteries; and the pack housing having an inlet accommodating the secondary battery since an internal space is formed, where a fluid is supplied into the internal space, an outlet in which the fluid is discharged from the internal space, and having an ionic wind generating unit which comprises an emitter electrode and a collector electrode, and generates ionic wind. |
