PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in generation efficiency and allow easy and accurate measurement of impedance distribution on an electrode reaction surface in a fuel cell.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 10 includes: a membrane electrode assembly 14; and a first separator 16, and a second separator 18, that hold the membrane electrode assembly 14 therebetween. The first separator 16 has: a plurality of conductive segments 34 provided within a region of an electrode reaction surface thereof; and non-conductive resin 36 that holds the conductive segments 34 so as to insulate the conductive segments 34 from one another. A depressed portion 34a is provided on an outer edge of each of the conductive segments 34 that extends in a thickness direction of the non-conductive resin 36. |
