<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably find a transformation rate of a steel plate in a heating facility, carrying device, and cooling device in a hot rolling process. <P>SOLUTION: The calculation method of the transformation rate in the steel plate W includes: a calorie predicting step for predicting calorie which goes to/from a surface of the cooled or heated steel plate W and the outside; a transformation calorie prediction step for predicting the calorie generated in the cooled or heated steel plate W accompanying the transformation according to the degree of excessive cooling or the degree of excessive heating of the steel plate W; and a plate temperature prediction step for calculating the heat balance between the steel plate W and the outside to predict the plate temperature of the steel plate W; a transformation rate prediction step for predicting the transformation rate of the steel plate W based on the plate temperature prediction value predicted by the plate temperature prediction step; and a transformation rate correction step for correcting the transformation rate calculated in the transformation rate prediction step to decrease the difference between the prediction value and the actual value of the plate temperature predicted in the plate temperature prediction step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
