PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new personal identification method having suitable resistance against impersonation by forgery of an artifact without making it necessary to rewrite identification information on the artifact.
SOLUTION: A user of a personal identification system spontaneously manufactures an artifact for personal identification by attaching a seal having a drawing point printed thereon on a plate lent by a system provider. After a border line and drawing point of the plate are extracted from a digital image of the imaged plate of the user with the seal attached thereon, a reference point and a tracking origin point are defined on the basis of the drawing point. Furthermore, a pixel ID is serial-numbered to the pixels constituting the border line of the plate sequentially from the tracking origin point, and then a table in which the clearance between each of the pixels constituting the border line of the plate and the reference point is associated with the pixel ID is used as identification information on the artifact.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
|
