<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam molding thin and low in density with less defects such as underfill, a method for easily manufacturing such a urethane foam molding, and a urethane foam molding apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the urethane foam molding includes a raw material arranging process for arranging a liquid urethane foam resin raw material U1 containing magnetic particles S, between a first base material 30 and a second base material 31 that are arranged facing each other, and a foam molding process for foam-molding the urethane foam resin raw material U1 while intercepting the flow of the urethane foam resin raw material U1 by a magnetic force line concentration region M which is formed in at least a part around the urethane foam resin raw material U1 between the first base material 30 and the second base material 31 and in which magnetic force lines L are concentrated in a direction to intersect the flow direction of the urethane foam resin raw material U1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
