PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device, electronic equipment and a portable terminal which can be miniaturized.SOLUTION: A vibration device X1 includes: a diaphragm 1 having a first main surface 1A and a second main surface 1B positioned at a side opposite to the first main surface 1A; a support plate 2 having a third main surface 2A opposite to the second main surface 1B of the diaphragm 1; an adhesive member 3 disposed between the second main surface 1B of the diaphragm 1 and the third main surface 2A of the support plate 2; and a first vibrator 4 disposed on the third main surface 2A of the support plate 2. The area of the adhesive member 3 in a plan view is smaller than the area of the second main surface 1B of the diaphragm 1, and when an area positioned outside the adhesive member 3 in an area between the second main surface 1B of the diaphragm 1 and the third main surface 2A of the support plate 2 is defined as an outside area B1, at least a part of the first vibrator 4 is positioned in the outside area B1. |
