发明名称 Push button unit
摘要 1,092,444. Push-button tuning. R. HOPT. Jan. 21, 1966 [Feb. 12, 1965], No. 2846/66. Heading H3Q. [Also in Division E2] A push-button tuner comprises a number of spindles 13 (only one shown in Fig. 2) with threaded portions carrying cylindrical nuts 14 which when the button 12 is pressed engage the movable rod 7 of a rocker and thus rotate the fixed rod 6 which is connected to the tuner via a toothed sector (not shown). Fine tuning is carried out by rotating the button and thus moving the nut 14 along the spindle. A return spring 17 tends to tilt the nut 14 and prevent backlash in the screw thread. The nuts are guided by pins 15 attached thereto which slide in slots 16 in the housing. Each button is locked in position by a spring-loaded arm 19 (common to all the buttons) which engages behind a shoulder 21 on the spindle. As the button is being pressed in, the arm 19 rides over the thick portion 22 of the shoulder and causes the previously pressed button to be disengaged from the arm and to be returned to the rest position by its spring 17.
