The device (10) has an actuating unit (14) comprising a slide track for actuating a form-fit coupling (13) to convert rotational movement (16) into linear movement (17). The actuating unit has a ring gear (18) for partially enclosing the slide track, where the ring gear drives the form-fit coupling. The ring gear is arranged on an inner circumference of the slide track, and a synchronization unit (21) synchronizes the form-fit coupling. An actuator unit (20) is connected with the actuating unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for connecting a form-fit coupling by a form-fit clutch actuation device.
