摘要

一种具有金属制的内槽与混凝土制的外槽之圆筒型槽的建构方法。具备下述步骤：对外槽的侧壁(3)进行施工至完成高度的途中为止之步骤；于侧壁(3)的内侧组装圆环状的关节板(9)之步骤；利用悬挂踏台(5)对侧壁(3)的剩余部分进行施工之步骤；于关节板(9)设置关节辅助具(10)之步骤；于关节板(9)组装千斤顶顶起装置用踏台(17)之步骤；于侧壁(3)设置吊起架台(18)之步骤；于吊起架台(18)与关节辅助具(10)之间装设千斤顶顶起装置(19)之步骤；以及藉由千斤顶顶起装置(19)吊起关节板(9)，并于关节板(9)的下侧装设内槽侧板(7)而组装内槽之步骤。依据上述构成，可提供一种圆筒型槽的建构方法，系能够容易地进行千斤顶顶起装置的组装及用以保持千斤顶顶起装置之架台等之施工。; a step of assembling an annular knuckle plate (9) inside the side walls (3); a step of mounting the rest of the side walls (3) using a suspended scaffold (5); a step of providing knuckle supports (10) on the knuckle plate (9); a step of assembling a scaffold (17) for a jack-up device on the knuckle plate (9); a step of providing hanging cradles (18) on the side walls (3); a step of mounting jack-up devices (19) between the hanging cradles (18) and the knuckle supports (10); and a step of assembling the inner vessel by hanging up the knuckle plate (9) using the jack-up devices (19) and mounting inner vessel side plates (7) below the knuckle plate (9). With this construction, it is possible to provide a method for constructing a cylindrical tank in which the jack-up devices can be easily mounted and the cradles and the like for holding the jack-up devices can be easily assembled.
