<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly operate and also enhance security in performing transmission and reception of electronic mails.SOLUTION: When an electronic mail transmitted from a client terminal 101 includes an attached file (step S101 to step S102), an internal mail server 104 identifies a password corresponding to an address of the electronic mail, sets the identified password in the attached file, generates a notification mail of the password after transmitting the electronic mail in which the password is set, and transmits the generated mail to the same address (step S103 to step S124).</p> |
