<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure an anti-magnetic ring which suppresses cost and improves reliability of electrical connection. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-magnetic ring 3 is formed by bending a band-like metal plate, overlapping surfaces of both end parts 4 of the metal plate, and bonding by pressurizing while applying vibration of a frequency 10 kHz or more on a surface of at least one end part. Thereby, in processing the anti-magnetic ring, even metal with low resistance such as aluminum and copper can be bonded in a solid phase by overlapping both ends without increasing a temperature to a melting point.
