In the present invention, provided is a device for manufacturing small and round pills and, more specifically, a device which uses dough materials and accordingly manufactures small and round pills, comprising a supporting frame; a front guiding rail which is installed and fixed on the supporting frame; and a rear guiding rail which is installed on the support frame to be located parallel to the front guiding rail in the rear area of the front guiding rail, thereby manufacturing hard, small and round pills with improved form and accordingly using various materials used for manufacturing the pill and increasing productivity of the pill by hour. |
