<p>Provided are a start button apparatus for a vehicle and a starting method of the start button apparatus. According to the present invention, a location where a FOB key is present is determined on the basis of a level of an authentication signal and a level of the largest authentication signal received from a low frequency (LF) antenna having a common detection region with respect to a search region of an LF antenna having the highest level among levels of an authentication signal of a FOB key received through a plurality of LF antennas. Thus, the location of the FOB key can be accurately detected using a smaller number of LF antennas than that of the existing antennas for detecting a location of a FOB key on the basis of whether an authentication signal is present.</p> |
