The present invention relates to a siphon supernatant water discharging apparatus using gravitational water, which satisfies stable conditions of discharging supernatant water in a simple structure and settles settlements in a reactor of a waste water treating facility to satisfy durability and convenience of operating the apparatus, convenience of maintenance, stable operating conditions, and economic efficiency in affordable manufacturing costs, thereby discharging supernatant water settled on the settlement. In the present invention, the siphon supernatant water discharging apparatus has a decanter main body whose height is 0.5 to 1 m, and a buoyancy chamber and a gravitational water tank, thereby enabling the decanter to stay over the surface level of supernatant water. |
