<p>The present invention relates to a dissolved oxygen sensor capable of measuring dissolved oxygen of various water qualities for all water qualities from ultrapure water to waste water or the like, preventing the inflow of bubbles or foreign substances in an airtight structure, which interfere with the measurement, and preventing a diaphragm from deforming by an external force of fastening. More specifically, the dissolved oxygen sensor comprises: an airtight unit closely inserted into the outer surface of an electrode unit inside a measurement cap coupled to a lower part of a sensor body, and preventing the inflow of the bubbles and foreign substances; and a measurement unit located in a lower part of the airtight unit, preventing the shape of the diaphragm from deforming by contact with the electrode unit or the external force due to fastening, and protecting the diaphragm by several forces applied from the outside when being measured. The dissolved oxygen sensor can maintain accuracy of measurement since transformation does not easily occur in an extreme measuring environment such as high temperature due to outstanding mechanical strength and excellent durability.</p> |
