<p>A joystick pilot valve with improved functions by the bypass of hydraulic interference pressure comprises: a case (3) having a hydraulic oil chamber (6) and at least one port (7) inside thereof; at least one spool (8) inserted into the case (3) to be moved in the longitudinal direction through the port (7) and the hydraulic oil chamber (6) and adjusting the flow of hydraulic oil; a spool hole (9) provided inside the case (3) to guide the longitudinal reciprocation of the spool (8) and communicated with or disconnected from the hydraulic oil chamber (6) by the longitudinal reciprocation of the spool (8); a pushing cam (10) connected to the top of the case (3) by a joint (2) to seesaw based on the joint (2); a lever (1) connected to the pushing cam (10) to seesaw the pushing cam (10) according to the operation thereof and reciprocating the spool (8) in the spool hole (9) to open and close the port (7) with respect to the hydraulic oil chamber (6); and a bypass spacer (20) provided inside the case (3) and bypassing the hydraulic oil remaining between the spool hole (9) and the spool (8) to prevent interference pressure during the lowering of the spool (8) when the spool (8) is pressed by being communicated with the spool hole (9) which is raised and lowered.</p> |
