PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shuffle table creation device for forming a shuffle table in which an arrangement order of selection candidates which are preferable for selecting at random some of plural selection candidates is shuffled repeatedly, and a test question creation device for creating a test question about terms by selecting some of plural terms by using the shuffle table.SOLUTION: An arrangement order is sorted once by using a random number to selection candidates, and the arrangement order is sorted by generating a random number repeatedly to the sorted selection candidates. The processing for sorting the arrangement order is repeated, therefore the selection candidates are repeatedly shuffled, for creating a shuffle table which is rearranged in a disorder state sufficiently. The shuffle table is used for extracting selection candidates which are targets, for selecting targets suitable for creation of a test question and sample inspection from the selection candidates which are sufficiently disorder. |
