PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase control device achieving a rectifier AC voltage having a waveform in which a waveform distortion produced in a commutation generation period is greatly removed.SOLUTION: A voltage distortion at commutation is removed while reducing a phase delay caused by a filter 5A, so as to smooth the rectifier AC voltage. This enables the acquisition of improved responsibility of a phase control device relative to an abrupt change of an AC power voltage and a phase at transition, and the minimization of both a reference phase change, caused by the fluctuation of an AC power frequency at a normal time, and a reference phase change caused by the fluctuation of the operation state of a thyristor rectifier. Thus, it is possible to stably control the thyristor rectifier. |
