PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable forming at least a part of wire harness easily into a flat-shape part.SOLUTION: A wire harness 10 includes a plurality of electric wires. In at least a part of the wire harness 10 in the extension direction, the electric wires 12 are divided into a plurality of wire groups 14 each containing two or more electric wires 12; the wire groups 14 are incorporated in a flat state; and each of the wire groups 14 is held between other wire groups to form an incorporated flat part 20 in which electric wires 12 contained in each wire group 14 are kept in a flat state.
