PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work plan scheduling apparatus capable of adding a new work to an existing work plan while preventing the cost from increasing before and after switchover.SOLUTION: The work plan scheduling apparatus includes: a reading section that reads a work plan, a piece of switchover cost information, and a piece of information about a work to be added; a graph network creation section that creates a graph network by setting segment apexes to the segments in a work allotted to a working subject and connecting an input apex, a segment apex, and an output apex and by setting a weighting variable to each of segments; a pathway selection section that selects a pathway based on a total sum of weights allotted to each of pathways from the input apex to the output apex in the graph network; and a work plan creation section that exchanges works among the working subjects according to the selected pathway and allots the work to be added to a segment created by the exchange. |
