<p>The present invention relates to a broiling vessel including a main body where at least one burner is provided for a heat source of at least one of charcoal fire, briquette, and gas to be received or disposed; a basket that is disposed apart from the burner and has a double housing structure for cooking; a mounting base that is provided in one of areas between which the burner is interposed and supports one end of the basket; and a driving unit that is provided in the other area facing the mounting base and is axially coupled with the other end of the basket. Since the basket that has a double accommodation structure is rotatably disposed, food storage and withdrawal can be convenient. Heat source concentration can be prevented so that the food can be prevented from being burnt. The basket has frames with different orientations, and thus the cleaning can be convenient and hygienic management is allowed. An inner portion of the basket is partitioned into at least one area by a partition wall, and thus different types of food can be cooked and quantity adjustment is facilitated. One or more burners are provided in the longitudinal direction of the basket so that the heat source can be received or disposed so that fire power can be adjusted by area. In addition, each of the burners can remain communicating with each other by a connection path. Accordingly, fire power concentration on any one burner is allowed in a case where, in particular, the heat source is the charcoal or the briquette, and thus heat source waste can be reduced.</p> |
