PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that the adhesive strength between a surface protective layer and a wavelength conversion layer may cause a problem when a solar battery module having the wavelength conversion layer is used outdoors over a long period of time, and also a sufficient thickness of a wavelength conversion layer on a light reception surface side of a solar battery cell cannot be obtained, so that high conversion efficiency may not be obtained.SOLUTION: A solar battery module is configured to have a barrier layer between a wavelength conversion layer and a light reception side seal layer, so that a solar battery module high in conversion efficiency and excellent in long term reliability can be provided. |
