<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CT image evaluation device and a CT image evaluation method capable of objectively evaluating CT image quality and objectively setting a reconstruction parameter for CT image reconstruction.SOLUTION: A CT image evaluation device used for evaluating a CT image created by scanning a scanning area with an X-ray includes: a CT image input unit for inputting a CT image which includes at least a standard substance area created by using CT image reconstruction on the basis of the data acquired by the scanning, the standard substance area being a predetermined area in the scanning area in which a standard substance device is provided; an evaluation index calculation unit for calculating an evaluation index for evaluating the CT image on the basis of reconstruction data of the standard substance area in the CT image and known CT data of the standard substance device; and a CT image evaluation unit for evaluating the CT image on the basis of the evaluation index.</p> |
