Provided are a charging and discharging control circuit, which can reduce a leakage current and stably operate when a bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor is turned off without complicating the control of a control circuit, and a battery device. The charging and discharging control circuit comprises: a switching circuit to control a gate of a bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor; a first transistor having a drain connected to a drain of the bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor, a gate connected to a source of the bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor, and a source and a back gate connected to a first terminal of the switching circuit; and a second transistor having a drain connected to the source of the bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor, a gate connected to the drain of the bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor, and a source and a back gate connected to the first terminal of the switching circuit, wherein a back gate of the bidirectional conduction type field effect transistor is connected to the first terminal of the switching circuit. |
