<p>An oxynitride luminescent material is provided. The formula of the material is M1-yX4-xZ1+xOxN7-x:Ry, wherein M is one or more kinds of alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, rare earth metals and transition metals, X is at least one kind of Si, Ge, B, Al and includes Si, Z is at least one kind of Al, Ga, In and includes Al, R is at least one kind of illumination center element of Eu, Ce, Tb, Yb, Sm, Pr and Dy, 0<=x<0.5, 0<y<1.0. When the luminescent material is excited by excitation light sources with ultraviolet light, near ultraviolet light or blue light and so on, yellow or red light with wavelength at 500 to 750 nm can be emitted. The luminescent material can be used to make novel white light LED light source, combined with ultraviolet light, near ultraviolet light or blue light LED as well as other luminescent material such as green fluorescent powder. The luminescent material of the present invention is efficient and stable, and has wide excitation wavelength range. And the preparation method of the luminescent material is simple and easy for mass production without pollution.</p> |
