According to the invention, the mechanism consists of two symmetrical longitudinal arm assemblies (B and C), mounted on a central bogie (A), and, for carrying out the inclination, it uses the action of an electric or hydraulic actuation system to allow the rotation of the two longitudinal arm subassemblies (B and C) in opposite directions about some radial axial articulations (2), having the axis perpendicular on the central plane of the bogie (A), each of the two longitudinal arm subassemblies (B and C), which carry out the inclination, including a suspension system consisting of a longitudinal suspension arm proper (3) and an intermediary suspension arm (7), rotary supported on the central bogie (A), into the same double articulation (2) having the axis perpendicular on the median plane of the vehicle, and between which there is a passive suspension system consisting of a spring (8) and a damper (9), the two longitudinal arm subassemblies (B and C) being connected to one another by means of a load equalizing system, consisting of some articulations (12 and 15), some pushing rods (13) and an equalizing lever (14), articulated on the bogie (A) into a radial-axial articulation (16) and which provides the transmission of the static forces taken over by the wheels directly into the chassis of the bogie (A) and not by means of the electric servomechanisms for the inclination actuation.</p>
