<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal pump which dispenses with watering from the outside, stabilizes seal performance even if a push-in force is varied, and can secure sufficient seal surface pressure.SOLUTION: A shaft seal part 10 comprises: an annular wall face part 20 which is formed at a portion at a back face side and an internal peripheral side of an expeller 4 out of a wall face which defines a rotating region of the expeller 4 in a casing 1, and elastically deformed according to push-in pressure; and a shaft seal cylinder body 12 which is attached to a rotating shaft 3, and arranged at the annular wall face part 20 so as to oppose it. The annular wall face part 20 has an annular seal part 40 at its external peripheral side and its internal peripheral side, and an end face oriented toward a side of the annular wall face part 20 of the shaft seal cylinder body 12 is attached to the annular seal part 40 with a prescribed opposite interval S.</p> |
