PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free flame-retardant insulate wire or a halogen-free flame-retardant insulated tube having an insulation coating balanced in insulation resistance, wear resistance, heat deformation resistance, and flame retardancy at a high level; and especially, a halogen-free flame-retardant insulated wire which is balanced in insulation resistance, wear resistance, heat deformation resistance, and flame retardancy at a high level and has high hot water resistance passing the DC stability test by EN50306-2 for railway vehicles.SOLUTION: A insulated wire or a halogen-free flame-retardant insulated tube has a conductor and a halogen-free flame-retardant coating covering the conductor, and the insulation coating and the flame-retardant insulated tube has a layer composed of a polyester resin composition comprising 100 pts. mass of a polyester elastomer, 5-50 pts. mass of a phosphinic acid metal salt, and 1-10 pts. wt. of a polyfunctional monomer. |
