The present invention relates to a manufacturing system of organic fertilizers comprising an air ventilation fermenting device and an agitation fermenting device wherein the air ventilation fermenting device and the agitation fermenting device are installed in a sequence and accordingly used for fermenting a mixing organic material of food waste and livestock waste in advance, thereby leading to microorganism proliferation and then manufacturing organic fertilizers by agitating and fermenting the mixing organic materials with microorganisms.
