PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce an animation at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: A distribution device 20 includes a distribution part which distributes a content control program for controlling a content that is displayed on a user terminal 30 to the user terminal. The content control program makes the user terminal 30 execute followings: a visible region acquisition procedure for acquiring information on a region displayed by a browser program among contents as information of visible region; a reference position acquiring procedure for acquiring information of a plurality of reference positions determined for a display region in which an animation is displayed in the content; a determination procedure for determining whether or not a plurality of reference positions are located in the visible region; and a reproduction start procedure which, in the case where a plurality of reference positions are determined to be located in the visible region, starts reproduction of the animation.
