<p>The present invention provides a polishing system which includes a polishing part which polishes the surface of the object to be processed; and a cooling part which cools the object to make burs of the object brittle. According to the present invention, a polishing apparatus polishes the object after the burs are cooled by the existing polishing apparatus, thus effectively removing the burs during a polishing process of the object. Therefore, an additional process for removing burs can be omitted.</p> |
