An apparatus for freezing liquids for consumption is described. The apparatus provides a means for converting liquids into an edible frozen or semi frozen slurry. The apparatus consists of a flexible vessel (110) whose walls contain a coolant that has a lower temperature than the liquid to be frozen and an outer container (150) to protect the users hands from the lower temperature of the vessel.
