PURPOSE:To provide a surface mounting socket for chip parts, allowing a simple replacement work for adjustment parts, and enabling all parts including the adjustment parts to be soldered at a single reflow process. CONSTITUTION:This surface mounting socket for chip parts has a pair of external electrodes 7 formed on the surface of a socket body 4 approximately formed as a rectangular parallelepiped having an aperture 5 for inserting a chip part 1 with a pair of external electrodes 2 formed on the surface thereof. In addition, a pair of internal electrodes 8 respectively pressed for contact with the electrodes 2 of the part 1 at the time of insertion and continuous to the electrodes 7 are formed inside the aperture 5 of the socket body 4. |
