An arc, which is connected with the arc or the ring of the distal part by means of distraction rods, is mounted on a jig guide of the intramedullary nail. Correction of the endoprosthesis leg and elongation of the hip to a required value are carried out by means of the distraction rods. The intramedullary nail is blocked with 2-4 screws.
