<p>PURPOSE: A match plate for a module RAM handler is provided to control temperature of a module RAM by accurately maintaining position relation between an air supply passageway and the module RAM. CONSTITUTION: A match plate(400) comprises a pusher block(410), a mounting plate(420), a spring(430), and a position setting unit(441). The pusher block pushes a module RAM to socket side of a tester. The pusher block supplies air for temperature control provided from a duct to the module RAM. The mounting plate moves the pusher block to the socket of the tester. The spring adds elastic force to the pusher block toward the socket side of the tester. The position setting unit establishes location of the pusher block.</p> |
