The present invention relates to a parboiled rice derived from ordinary rice, a method for producing nuruggi having excellent hardness, elasticity, and coaguation by using rice and water, and nurunggi produced by the method. The method for producing nuruggi of the present invention is used to minimize changes in hardness, elasticity, and coagulation of nurunggi itself to produce nurunggi maintaining preference even after storage to be used in improving rice consumption. |
