FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: parachute comprises canopy with top part of fabric and bottom part of mesh material. Peripheral skirt of fabric arranged at interface between said top and bottom parts. Stiffness ribs made of fabric or mesh and secured by one side in generatrix of canopy bottom part and by another part in skirt generatrix. In compliance with first version, said skirt is shaped to truncated cone. Bottom part is shaped to conical surface with vertex directed to cargo attachment point.
