摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A photoreactive norbornene monomer is provided to remarkably increase molecular weight without the loss of yield, and to increase photo-reaction speed, thereby maximizing the anisotropy of a liquid crystal alignment film. CONSTITUTION: A photoreactive norbornene monomer comprises a norbonene monomer in chemical formula 1. The norbonene monomer comprises at least 50 mol% of endo isomer. A manufacturing method of the norbonene monomer comprises a step of polymerizing the norbonene monomer at 10-200°C, in the presence of a catalyst mixture. The catalyst mixture comprises a pre-catalyst including the transition metals of family group 10, and a co-catalyst capable of weakly covalent-bonding with the metal of the pre-catalyst.</p>
