摘要 FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: start and stop pulses of specified duration are generated with the specified duration of the interval between them, exceeding the duration of the start pulse. The start and stop pulses are supplied to two parallel channels, each comprising an OR circuit and a controlled delay line. The controlled microcircuit chip is connected into a stop pulse channel. Per one cycle of recirculation the start pulse goes through the channel, the first switch, the common delay line, the second switch and returns to the OR circuit of the channel. The start pulse controls switches, which switch the common delay line to the stop pulse channel. The similar path is travelled by the stop pulse, only in the channel with a controlled microcircuit chip. The stop pulse also controls switches, which switch the common delay line to the stop pulse channel. Using pre-regulated delay lines, they achieve equality of delays added by parallel channels without a connected controlled microcircuit chip. They measure duration of a time interval between front or rear edges of the start and stop pulse upon completion of all recirculation cycles, using which they determine the sought for value. The duration between the front edge of the start pulse and the rear edge of the stop pulse at the end of all cycles of recirculation shall not exceed the delay time added by the common delay line.EFFECT: reduced measurement error.2 dwg
