The closure cap (7) can be opened in order to provide an entrance (12) into the receiving volume (20) and to allow the at least one dispensing element (2) to be introduced into or to be removed from the receiving volume (20), said receiving element (1) being permeable to a liquid (37) in order to allow the dispensing element (2) received in the receiving element to come into contact with the liquid (37).
